- Free shipping on orders above Rs.5,000

International

- Rs.3,000 shipping fee on orders below Rs.25,000

- Free shipping on orders above Rs.25,000

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

- International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, as per the laws of the destination country.

- These charges are borne by the customer and are not included in the product price.

- Taana Banaras has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

- You may be contacted by local authorities or the shipping partner for additional documentation or payments.

Packaging & Handling

- All orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your order arrives in a damaged or tampered condition, please:

1. Refuse to accept the delivery.

2. Contact us immediately at +91 92118 95010 or email info@taanabanaras.in with your Order ID and photographs of the package.

We will:

- Ship a replacement (if available) at no additional cost, or

- Offer a refund or store credit, based on your preference.

Please ensure the product is unused, and all original tags and packaging are intact when returning the item.

Other Information

- Orders may be shipped in combined packaging unless individual boxes are requested.

- For high-value international shipments, additional identity verification or documentation may be required by authorities. Non-compliance may result in cancellation or non-refundable returns.
