Returns & Cancellations
At Taana Banaras, each of our pieces is uniquely handcrafted with utmost care and precision. Given the nature of handwoven textiles, we have a limited inventory and follow strict quality checks. Please read our Returns and Cancellations policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch and only if no customizations (like tassels or fall/hemming) have been applied.
On cancellation:
• You may opt for a credit note valid for a future purchase.
• If you prefer a refund, payment gateway and banking charges will be deducted from the total amount.
• Apparel, customized products, and fabrics once cut are not eligible for cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges (India Only)
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
Eligibility
• Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Only applicable in cases of:
• Manufacturing defect.
• Incorrect item received.
Non-Eligible Items
• Products with fall/pico or tassels added on request.
• Custom-sized or tailored apparel.
• Cut fabrics.
• Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods.
Return Process
1. Write to us at info@taanabanaras.in within 48 hours of receiving the order, mentioning your order number and reason.
2. Attach images of the product and packaging if the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Once approved, we will issue a return authorization and return instructions.
4. We will have the product picked up within 7 working days of approval.

International Orders
• Returns and exchanges are currently not available on international orders unless there’s a genuine issue such as damage in transit or wrong item.
• In such cases, please notify us at info@taanabanaras.in within 48 hours, along with images.

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds will either be:
• Issued as store credit, or
• Credited to the original payment method (less any processing and shipping fees, if applicable).

Important Notes
• Slight color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen settings will not be considered valid reasons for return.
• Any product that has been worn, tried on, or used will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Repeated misuse of our returns policy may result in refusal of future orders.

Suspected Fraud
If we detect any suspicious or fraudulent activity, Taana Banaras reserves the right to cancel such orders, block users, and deny further access to the website.
• Given the unique and handcrafted nature of the product, the dimensions of the saree (attached blouse piece) may vary slightly from the dimensions declared.
Every Taana Banaras product is styled and crafted with love, affection & passion, and we suggest that you take extra care of these one of a kind pieces.
We recommend:
1. Professional dryclean only
2. Avoid brining in contact with liquids esp. perfumes.
3. Change fold regularly, and store in pure cotton fabrics. Also air them at least one in 2-3 months.
